Liquid Nightclub - Stoke on Trent

The Liquid and Jumping Jacks Nightclubs are located in the same building in the City Centre of Stoke on Trent. The building has a long history having previously been the "Theatre Royal", at one time the only theatre in the city centre. Although the external appearance is that of the original theatre, the internal structure is essentially a brand new building.

SPG investigated this location in May 2005. Movement was picked up on in Liquid 2 which is on the top floor above the main Liquid club. A Motion detector and a lock off camera were left in the area. Although nothing triggered the detector the camcorder picked up a blue flash and several knocking sounds (see footage to the left, the blue flash image is a still taken from the camcorder's footage). However, the detector did pick up motion before we left the area. Although no one stood in the field of detector it tripped several times and on leaving did not trip at all.  Our psychics picked up on several energies linking to the theatre's history although they commented on the activity being "muffled" which they attributed to the reconstruction of the inside of the building. Tapping was heard in several locations Table tipping was attempted twice in Jumping Jacks. Although the table did not move during either session two psychics voices changed and one's face appeared to alter.
